Unlike stamped industrial products, the DBR Derbi Superfast Alta 95-120cc is made from Iron (special P04 sheet metal) with reduced thickness. The entirely hand-hammered welding technique (Hand-Hammered / Soudure martelée) eliminates all internal burrs. This creates a perfectly smooth passage that maximizes gas flow (Expansion Chamber), ensuring explosive thrust at high-end RPM.

- Raw Iron (Racing Raw / Factory Look): "Track-ready" finish with clearly visible hand welds. Requires maintenance with protective oil after use to preserve the iron and prevent natural oxidation.
- Cerakote™ Treatment (High-End Protection): Professional ceramic coating. Protects the iron from corrosion and extreme heat, keeping the exhaust flawless over time without the need for external maintenance.

PRO TUNER NOTE:
The P04 iron exhaust offers a resonance that titanium or steel cannot replicate. If you purchase the Racing Finish, remember: it is "bare" iron. Always dry it after washing and apply a thin layer of protective oil while warm.

Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. All times indicated refer to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closure periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, involve an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. Where permitted by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
