The DBR Derbi Superfast Low-Mount 50cc expansion represents a solution for tuning Derbi engines. Made from P04 Steel with handcrafted workmanship, this exhaust is designed to handle very high gas volumes and non-standard rotation speeds.
The Superfast Low-Mount design, combined with hand-peened welding, achieves a perfectly smooth internal passage, eliminating turbulence and maximizing gas velocity. This results in an extremely aggressive push at high revs and a power delivery designed for pure racing use.

PRO TUNER NOTE:
The DBR peened steel offers superior resonance. If you chose the Racing Finish (without Cerakote), remember that P04 steel is unprotected: dry it after every wash and apply a protective product to prevent oxidation.

Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days from payment confirmation. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 business days. All times indicated refer to business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and company closure periods. Any special processing or treatments requested by the customer, including but not limited to Transparent Anti-Rust Cerakote, involve an estimated production time extension of about 1 additional week, as these are performed by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent needs, Rapid Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order volume. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number via email. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or personalized products and for digital content provided via non-material support with acceptance of execution. Where permitted by law, withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact, and complete with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
