Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 40–45 business days of payment confirmation. Products available for immediate delivery are shipped within 3–5 business days. All stated times are to be understood as business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and company closure periods. Any special work or treatments requested by the customer, including, by way of example, Clear Rust-Proof Cerakote, result in an estimated extension of the production time of approximately 1 additional week, as they are carried out by external suppliers and not directly at our production facility. For urgent requirements, Fast Production services are available with delivery within 10 or 20 business days, with costs varying according to the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and volume of the order. Once shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number by email. Any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient. We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control, including courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, strikes or extraordinary circumstances. Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for made-to-measure or personalized products and for digital content supplied on a non-material medium with acceptance of performance. In cases provided for by law, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, intact and complete with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to DBR S.R.L. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, it is necessary to contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending photographic documentation to assistenza@dbrfactory.com.
